About HourBraid

HourBraid is the public operating name of the browser-based planning tool at https://hourbraid.site. These terms describe the scope and practical limits of the service. Contact support@hourbraid.site with questions about the tool.

Use the results as a planning aid

Choose the correct cities, dates, working hours, and meeting length, then check the result with the participants. An available interval is calculated from the hours you enter. It is not a reservation, a guarantee of anyone’s availability, or a check against a personal calendar or public-holiday service.

The bundled rules are IANA 2026f and the supported planning years are 2026–2035. Political decisions can change future civil-time rules. A later data update may change a future comparison. Review important future meetings again when the rules or participants’ circumstances change.

Local storage and your copies

Projects belong to the current browser profile and are not synchronized to an account. Storage can be cleared or become unavailable. Keep an exported project backup for settings you need to retain. You are responsible for deciding what private information to enter, export, or share.

An ICS download contains resolved calendar events. A recurring download includes the reviewed individual occurrences, not an unlimited series. Import behavior, duplicate handling, notifications, and deletion depend on the calendar application you use. HourBraid does not send invitations, deliver reminders, or modify earlier imports.

A configuration link can be read by anyone who receives it. Private titles and notes are excluded from the link, but the scheduling configuration is not secret or encrypted. Review a downloaded file’s contents before sharing it with another person or service.

Third-party materials and references

The data-sources page identifies the rule data, calendar standard, and bundled font attributions. Linked organizations provide their own content and services; a reference does not imply a partnership or endorsement. The source package includes the applicable notices for distributed dependencies and assets.

Accessibility and feedback

The interface provides keyboard controls, visible labels, a readable table alongside the timeline, and reduced-motion support. The accessibility page describes these features and known limits. Report problems or request help at support@hourbraid.site.

These terms were updated on 29 October 2026. The service is provided without a charge and without a promise of uninterrupted availability or error-free results. These terms do not limit rights that applicable law does not allow to be limited. Material changes to the service or these terms will be reflected on this page.
