Start with the guide that matches what you are trying to do.
Check the anchor city, the local weekday and time, and the two dates around the change. A recurring meeting can keep one city’s local start while moving in another. The recurring preview guide explains how to read the twelve rows.
Compare the event date, duration, and your calendar’s display zone. The same instant can show a different hour in another zone. Keep the original exported file while investigating, and compare an event before and after a relevant clock change.
Export a JSON backup while the plan is still visible. Browser storage may be unavailable, full, cleared, or limited to another browser profile. The project guide describes validated imports and the difference between an editable backup and a calendar file.
Include the cities or IANA identifiers, selected date, entered time, meeting length, and what you expected to happen. Add your browser name and the exact error text if one appears. For a repeated time, say whether you chose the earlier or later instance. Leave out private meeting notes, attendee details, and unrelated files.
