Who runs the site

HourBraid is the public operating name of this browser-based planning tool at https://hourbraid.site. Contact support@hourbraid.site with privacy questions.

Meeting plans in your browser

Time calculations run in your browser. Saved projects include the selected locations, date, working hours, duration, and any title or notes you enter. They are stored in the current browser profile rather than an HourBraid account. This build has no remote project synchronization.

Anyone with access to the same browser profile may be able to open those plans. Clearing this site’s data can remove them. Private-browsing settings or storage restrictions can prevent saving. Keep a project JSON export if you need a durable copy, and avoid entering sensitive details that are unnecessary for planning a time.

Sharing a plan

A share link includes the city and date configuration, availability, duration, and selected time needed to reproduce the view. Private meeting titles and notes are excluded. Review the share summary before copying the link.

The configuration appears after the # character in the URL. A fragment is not part of the HTTP request target, but a person or service receiving the complete link can read it. It is neither encrypted nor an access-controlled document. Browser history, clipboard tools, screenshots, or messaging services may retain a copy.

Files you import and export

Project JSON files are read locally to restore settings after validation. Calendar files, timetable images, and backups are generated for download. They may contain a title or other information you explicitly include. No calendar account is connected and no invitations are sent by a download.

After you send a file or import it into another service, that recipient or service controls the resulting copy under its own rules. Deleting the browser project does not delete downloaded files, shared links, screenshots, or imported calendar events.

Hosting, advertising, and analytics

Cloudflare hosts the static website and handles web requests, including information such as IP addresses, requested paths, and browser details, to deliver and protect the site. Meeting projects are processed in your browser and are not submitted to an HourBraid backend. Cloudflare processes request information under its own privacy policy; this site does not set a separate retention period for Cloudflare’s operational records.

This build contains no active advertising or analytics integration. Unconfigured advertising areas are not displayed. Enabling a provider requires real configuration, an updated notice, and any applicable user choices; this notice does not authorize a future provider by implication.

Your choices

You can delete a saved project, export a backup, or clear the site’s storage through your browser. Keep the backup first if you need the settings later. Use configuration-only links to discuss a time, and inspect any downloaded event title or note before sharing it.
