About HourBraid

Make the time difference easier to see.

A practical way to compare cities, find shared working hours, and check a meeting before it reaches your calendar.

A meeting across three cities

The problem is usually the date.

“London is five hours ahead” is useful until the clocks change in different weeks. Add a third city, a night shift, or a recurring meeting, and the date matters as much as the hour. HourBraid puts local dates, UTC offsets, working hours, and the full meeting length into the same view.

What you can plan

How the times are worked out

Each city maps to a named IANA time zone. The bundled date-specific rules determine its offset, including clock changes. Results show the data version and supported planning range. A manually selected date is separate from a device-clock convenience action; the site does not provide a precision time signal.

Your plan stays under your control.

Projects are stored in the current browser profile, with no HourBraid account or remote synchronization. A configuration share link excludes private titles and notes. A JSON export gives you an editable backup. Review downloaded files before sending them to another person or service.

Plan with the people involved.

Working hours describe the availability you enter. They do not reveal someone’s actual calendar, commitments, or preferences. The planner can expose a short window or an inconvenient local hour; the group decides what is acceptable. Confirm the proposed time before sending invitations from your own calendar.
