About this documentation
Start with two cities
Choose a base city, a date, and the local time you mean. Add another city and compare the same instant in both rows. The quick start takes you through working hours, meeting length, and a first calendar download.
Follow the problem you see
Use the availability guides for a short or missing shared window. Use the clock-change guides for repeated or missing local times. The recurring guide explains why a stable anchor time can move in another city and how to review all twelve dates.
Keep a copy you can return to
Project JSON stores editable settings. An ICS file stores calendar events. Images and printouts store a readable snapshot. Choose the format that matches the next step, and retain a project backup if browser-local saving is your only copy.
