Start with two cities

Build a dated plan, find a complete shared window, and take the reviewed meeting into your calendar.

Create a dated comparison

  1. Open the meeting planner and choose the anchor city. This is the city whose local date and time you enter.
  2. Set the actual meeting date and local clock time. Use a date within the supported 2026–2035 planning range.
  3. Add a second city. The default example also includes Berlin; remove or add locations to match the actual participants. Keep between two and eight rows.
  4. Read each city’s local date, time, and UTC offset. The rows describe one instant.

Set the hours the participants can use

For each row, select its working weekdays and enter local start and end times. The default weekday 09:00–17:00 schedule is an example. Replace it with the availability the participant has offered. An end before the start creates an interval that crosses midnight.

Choose a length and a complete window

Set a duration from 15 to 240 minutes. The seven-day results show whether a complete meeting fits. Select a suitable window or enter a precise start. Use the timeline cursor or the text table to inspect the result. If the overlap is shorter than the requested duration, shorten the meeting or agree on different availability.

Try the reference example

For 27 October 2026, choose New York as the anchor at 09:00 and use a 90-minute duration. London shows 13:00–14:30 and Berlin shows 14:00–15:30. With illustrative 09:00–17:00 weekday hours, this meeting fits all three rows. The example uses IANA 2026f.

Save or export

Save the plan in this browser or download a JSON backup for an editable copy. Open Export to create a calendar file or timetable image. Check the date, local start and end times, and any repeated-time choice before downloading. The site does not connect a calendar account or send invitations.

If a warning appears

A repeated local time needs an earlier-or-later choice. A missing local time needs a valid replacement or an explicit skip in a recurring preview. A storage failure means the visible plan may still be usable, but you should download a backup before leaving.
