Meeting planner
See the whole meeting inside everyone’s day.
Begin with the people’s availability
Add the meeting locations, then enter the weekdays and local start and end times that each participant can use. The initial 09:00–17:00 weekday setting is an editable example. It is not a national work schedule, holiday calendar, or a connection to someone’s actual availability.
A common start is not enough
Choose a duration from 15 to 240 minutes. HourBraid compares complete intervals across the selected seven days. A 60-minute overlap cannot hold a 90-minute meeting, even if the proposed start lies inside every working day. The end time is checked for all rows.
Use the timeline or the table
The timeline aligns each city to the same absolute moments. Move its time cursor with the pointer or keyboard, then read the equivalent table for exact dates, times, offsets, and availability. Text labels identify outside-hours results so that color is not the only signal.
When there is no shared window
Review the limiting city, working days, and meeting length. Shortening the meeting may help a narrow overlap; it cannot create availability where none exists. Discuss any early, late, or weekend exception with the participants before widening the controls.
Finish with a reviewed export
Check the chosen start, end, and every local date. Save a project backup if you need to return to the settings, or download an ICS file for your calendar. A download does not invite attendees or reserve their time.
