Working hours overlap
Compare the full interval, including overnight shifts.
Working hours are local intervals
Each city’s availability starts on its selected local weekday. When an end time is earlier than the start time, the interval continues into the following date. A Monday 22:00–06:00 shift therefore includes Tuesday morning; turning off Tuesday as a start day does not remove Monday’s remaining hours.
Every city must share the same instant
The tool resolves availability into UTC intervals, then intersects them across all participants. Separate pairwise matches are insufficient. London might overlap New York at one time and Singapore at another without there being any instant that fits all three.
A dated example
For 27 October 2026, illustrative 09:00–17:00 weekday hours in New York, London, and Berlin share 13:00–16:00 UTC. That is 09:00–12:00 in New York, 13:00–16:00 in London, and 14:00–17:00 in Berlin. After New York’s November change, the same local hours share a smaller interval.
Make the limit actionable
Read the window length and compare it with the requested duration. A shorter meeting, a different day, or an agreed availability extension may produce a usable result. A zero-length boundary between two schedules is not an available meeting slot.
