Berlin can be the limiting end of an Atlantic call

The 27 October 2026 example shows New York at 09:00, London at 13:00, and Berlin at 14:00. With illustrative 09:00–17:00 availability in all three places, Berlin closes the shared window at 16:00 UTC. A later New York start may look comfortable locally while leaving too little time in Berlin.

Separate European changes from US changes

Berlin has UTC+01:00 in the January, late-October, and November samples, and UTC+02:00 in July. New York follows a different change calendar. Use the recurring preview when the meeting crosses those weeks, and compare the full end time rather than just a familiar start hour.

Build a plan for this city

Select Berlin, add the other participants, and enter the actual meeting date. The planner uses Europe/Berlin; the abbreviation in the table is a display label. Adjust working days, hours, and meeting length before choosing a shared window. The supported planning range is 2026–2035.
