One sampled offset, several changing partners
Singapore uses UTC+08:00 on all four 2026 sample dates. Its difference from Sydney is three hours in January and late October, but two hours in July. A recurring 09:00 Singapore meeting therefore reaches Sydney at different local hours across the year even though the Singapore row stays steady.

Separate a shared UTC offset from a shared workday
Singapore, Shanghai, and Hong Kong show matching clocks in these samples. Their rows can still have different availability. A shared offset does not imply a common lunch break, workweek, or holiday calendar. Enter the hours the participants provide, then use the common window for the whole meeting.
Build a plan for this city
Select Singapore, add the other participants, and enter the actual meeting date. The planner uses Asia/Singapore; the abbreviation in the table is a display label. Adjust working days, hours, and meeting length before choosing a shared window. The supported planning range is 2026–2035.
